OK folks, do you enjoy hunting the thick stuff? Those places where you see deer all day, not just at sunrise and sun set. Where you can almost get close enough to see their eyes blink. Sorta like hunting in that ole bucks living room. Well, I got a place for you.
Approximately 80 mostly wooded acres located on a paved road. Up front there's a nicely maintained area that includes a 30 x 40 pole barn to store the toys and equipment. About 46 acres of the property has been put into a perpetual Conservation Easement known as Wetlands Restoration Program. These acres are maintained for wildlife enhancement, and wetlands protection. Those acres cannot be developed.
From deer and turkeys, to waterfowl and small game all call it home.
There is a trail that leads past the barn and out into the property. Woods are a combination of willows, poplars, cherry, maples, with a couple areas of oaks and hickory.
